The Google Cloud status dashboard expresses that Google Cloud Networking was encountering network clog in eastern USA, influencing Google Cloud, G Suite, and YouTube. The disturbance endured four hours, with the issue settled at 4pm Pacific Time.

Google Engineers found the issue immediately with in minutes can easily solve the Greater issue for server down problem within minutes but the network congestion hampered the google engineer's ability to restore the correct configuration.
