How Many Days Until International Children Day 2020?
International Children Day is celebrated on November 20 each years to promote children's right.
Previously it was celebrated on June 1 in honor of children but officially started to celebrate in November 20 after the Declaration of Right of Child by UN on November 20,1959.Primarily,the programmes and activities are conducted on this date to give rise for children's right such as right for education,right for food,right for safe shelter and so on.
International Children Day is celebrated worldwide along with Nepal not just for fun and enjoyment instead celebrated to bring awareness among children in global village.To knew about the extreme exploitation and harassment of rights of children to get quality education but sadly said that children are used in labour work in several countries,engaged in various armed conflicts and religious fight among countries.But the things to be happened is that the children should get quality education to bring upliftment in his life and his mindset ,healthy food to remain active for giving that effort ,proper sanitation for living healthy life .
The official recognized date of Children's day varies from country to country but the November 20 was declared by UN Assembly after the Declaration of Right of Child on November 20,1959.
In Nepal also Children day is celebrated on Bhadra 29/ September 14 that's we called national children day also.Some time September 15 also in Leap year.Similarly if we take our neighbour country India then there children's day is celebrated on 14 November.
But at conclusion we adopt November 20 as International Children's Day either we have our National Children Day like India.
